11th Circuit Rules Individual Mandate Unconstitutional
In a 2 to 1 split decision, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the individual mandate in the Affordable Healthcare Act (aka Obamacare) is unconstitutional. They ruled unanimously, however that the rest of the law may be constitutional. Here is an article from Reuters explaining the court's decision.
